• Holiday weeks are $2195.
  $1,000 refundable security/damage deposit due at the time of booking.
  On all rates there is a 10.5% city tax and cleaning fee of $150.
  To reserve the Point Loma Charmer, a deposit of $1,000 is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your stay.

  Cancellation/Refunds:

  If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your planned arrival date), we will refund your reservation deposit in full. If you cancel after that date, we will refund the tax, cleaning fee, and damage deposit. But we reserve the right to keep the rental amount.
