This new, beautiful condo is the place for you! This luxury condo was just built in 2004 with a total of 20 units. It's furnished with gorgeous wood cabinets, granite counter tops, tile floor, top of the line appliances and furniture, and is exceptionally decorated with over 1450 square feet of living space. From the huge patio, you have a great Gulf front view. As you are in an end unit, you have windows in every room to let the Florida sunshine light up all your rooms. You also have access to the condo's pool, Jacuzzi®, elevator and gas grill just steps from your unit. This non-smoking, no pet condo is located in the heart of charming Indian Rocks Beach with its quaint little shops and great local restaurants. The beach is world famous for its soft sugar sand and year round good weather. It is three miles south of Clearwater and nine miles north of St. Petersburg. There are numerous attractions nearby including Busch Gardens (45 minutes), and Disney World (90 minutes).

We had a wonderful week in this
beautiful condo last summer. It was the
best and newest building in Indian
Rocks. It was well located, well
appointed and a real treat for us. The
condo was very clean and spacious and
offered a great view of the beach from
the balcony.

We intend to return in 2006 and will
stay longer next time.
