The Family room has a queen sleeper sofa and two great Lazy-Boy recliners, books, board games, TV/VCR, and a wood burning fireplace. The dock area includes a stationary dock and floating dock, dock lights, and power for nighttime fishing as well as a boat launch and sandy beach! Come enjoy the scenery and serenity in this well maintained home nestled in the trees on a flat waterfront lot. Get the best of both worlds with nice and private surroundings, yet convenient to everything by boat or land.
Golf: Golf right in your back yard here, just walk across and start at Mariners Landing famous golf course!
