Located on North Carolina's southeast coast near Wrightsville, Kure, and Fort Fisher beaches and the historical city of Wilmington. This location on the island is ideal for any water enthusiast. It rests on the sound with the Intra coastal Waterway and the Cape Fear River within view (1/4 mi.). The ocean is just 3 blocks away. The condo also has a pool with lounge chairs for sun bathing and also table and chairs for eating, drinking and socializing, a cabana area and 32 ft. boatslip. Access to the ocean is 5 minutes by boat from the slip. It is great for honeymoons, anniversaries, couple getaways, and family vacations! What more could you ask for? Within blocks you will find excellent dining, shopping, and boat cruises. The island also has the North Carolina Aquarium, State Park, water excursions, bike rentals and much more.

Notes: This unit was completed January 05, 2006. The layout, the furniture and the decor are beautiful. The colors used throughout the villa are bright and uplifting. The unit gives you a sense of the beach, nature and to some extent... a far away land. It has a national geographic feel to it with its porcelain tile, granite countertops, the bamboo, sea grass, and mosquito netting used as decor throughout. The brick wall around the grounds gives you plenty of privacy. An added perk is the great pool, the boat slips, and the Intra coastal Waterway that the complex is on. There is a one car garage, a covered carport area that fits two cars and then additional parking in the parking lot. If you want to treat yourself... this is the place to be ! ! ! !

This is not your normal piece of rental property. First off, it is just three blocks from the ocean in a private community setting and is on the Intra coastal Waterway. It has a pool with a cabana, nice outdoor restrooms, a shower and if you just so happen to own a boat or jet ski's... a boat slip. There was no skimping on the amenities inside either. Porcelain tile, granite countertops, 4 Plasma TVs, and not 1... but 2 fireplaces. The master bedroom has a king size remote Sleep Number Bed. You and your partner can sleep in total comfort and get well deserved rest. The second bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin bamboo canopy beds. There are 2 full baths with a queen sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and will have everything you'll need to prepare great meals. Carolina Beach is easily accessible via I-95, I-40.

We had a great time at this property Easter week. The property had a great layout, very nice amenities and the location was ideal. Between the grandparents, adult children and grandchildren everyone was pleased. Trisha was very professional and answered any questions or concerns we may have had before booking. Her description of the property was right on and the family is already talking about our next trip. Thank you for the great accommodations!!! Your property is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We hope to make another visit this summer.

Our family has stayed at your "Bluewater" rental every year for the past 5 years and enjoy it immensely. The beautiful accommodations with all the personal touches, the warm, happy feel we have the minute we walk in the door, and your great hospitality make for a wonderful time each year. Although the week we are vacationing is booked at Bluewater we are grateful and excited that you suggested Carolina Bay. It sounds great. We don't have a boat... but we do like having a pool and being so close to the beach. Can't wait! See you soon.
