About The Owner

My wife and I live in a suburb of Chicago. We are the owners of a Mr. Handyman of Wheaton franchise that provides professional handyman services to both commercial and residential customers. In our free time we enjoy travelling, golf, entertaining and spending time with family.

Why The Owner chose Cabarete

My wife and I have travelled to many Caribbean islands and fell in love with the Dominican Republic. The island's beauty and the people of the Dominican Republic are just a few of the things that made our decision easy. Cabarete is a vibrant active community that offers a number of things we enjoy like a diverse dining experience, excellent beach which is walking distance from our condo, shopping, golf and outdoor activites.

What makes this condo unique

The Victorian Luxury Condominiums are beautifully designed and offer fabulous views of the ocean and mountains. It is a quiet community to just relax at the pool while listening to the crashing waves. Yet we are just a couple minutes away from downtown Cabarete which offers many dining, nightlife and outdoor activity options. We had the pleasure of staying at Wayne's condo which was very comfortable and well appointed. The reservation process was painless and any Dominican mysteries were quickly solved by the on-site Managers, Kevin & Francine, (much thanks to you) along with staff. Property is well maintained and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beach was very nice to walk and not crowded. Thank you Wayne and Kim and we hope to rent again next year. Mike & Sharon

A Wonderful Week

The condo was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and the view was perfect while eating on the balcony. It is a short drive or taxi ride to delicious and inexpensive restaurants right on the beach. The staff at the condo was always helpful. We will return!

Amazing Condo and Beautiful Views

I stayed at this condo between 12/26/2012 and 01/26/2013. It was picture perfect and looks exactly as advertised. My friend and I had a great time. Its close enough to the action to be apart of it whenever you want to and far enough away to relax peacefully when you don't want to. The onsite property managers are more than helpful and the owner answered all my questions. Everything was just great, I will definitely return and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who loves waking up to beautiful ocean views.

Awesome Time

I stayed at the condo with some friends December 21-24, 2012. The place is awesome. Very clean and an awesome view of the beach. I slept with the sliding glass door partially open and enjoyed the sound of the waves and the nice breeze. It's in a perfect location and extremely close to Cabarete. No doubt I will be staying there again on my next trip. Thanks Wayne!!!!!

Beautiul condo!

We stayed at this condo for almost 2 weeks and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful. We didn't need a car since we could simply walk to the gate of the property and hail a taxi. The location is great and in walking distance from downtown Cabarete where the shops and restaurants are. The property managers were very helpful and Wayne is a great property owner. This is a great condo. We highly recommend it.
