This home has all the convenience of being in downtown, without the hustle and bustle of city life. Come and relax as you tour the famous wine country of Paso Robles, or simply enjoy the many events held annually in the area. Just three blocks away from downtown, you will have historic Paso Robles at your fingertips. The Lewis Loft is a quaint little upstairs unit built in 2010. Located in the Historic Vine Street district of Paso Robles that is alive with history, just a brief walk down the street will expose you to many historic structures from the early days. It sits behind and was built on the same property as The Historic Victorian Eppinger/Lewis House that was built in 1889. The loft is a short walk to the down town of Paso Robles where you can enjoy the dining, entertainment and unique shopping boutiques, or just a quiet stroll through the park. You can pick up some fresh local farm goods and items from the Farmers Market in the park on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. This property is a one bedroom/one bath, with a walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper and TV in the living area. It has a kitchen, stacked washer/dryer and is set up for internet with a desk for your convenience. The loft has a private indoor staircase with an intercom to the outside front door, for security. We have supplied it with extra bedding and cooking needs for extended stays. One small thing. If you are sleeping in the pull-out-bed from the couch you might find it a bit bright in the morning as there are no curtains to close.

I was extremely happy with my experience. It was difficult finding a place close to the park for the annual Wine Festival. The service helped us find the perfect spot for us and our friends to share. I especially liked how clean, new and fresh it was. The agent described it perfectly. Teri met us and was a great hostess. We plan to rent again next year from her also.
