Located on the bay side of North Mission Beach on Santa Clara Place. A convenient mile to Belmont Park or the community of Pacific Beach. Fine dining and shopping are just minutes from your front door. Enter our comfortable beach condo by the front door, or from the garage. A washer and dryer are located in the garage for your convenience. Walking through the entry is the first floor studio. Furnished with a queen size bed, loveseat, kitchen, and full bathroom. Walk up the staircase to the second floor of this tri-level town home. The second floor has a light and bright living room area with wood vaulted ceilings. The living room is furnished with an entertainment center; including a 36 inch TV with cable, DVD player, VCR, and a CD Player. Two soft couches for comfortable viewing.
