This private ocean view family compound on five acres, features a huge indoor-pool and five bedroom main house with an optional, separate guest house which is ideal for family reunions and weddings. Together the two separate residences can accomodate 19+ persons. Two private beaches are only minutes away (Lucy Vincent Beach, Squibnocket Beach) This sprawling, non-smoking main house has a gourmet kitchen with granite center-island, dining room, and cathedral wood ceiling in the living room with a fireplace that opens to the deck. All of these fantastic rooms overlook the ocean. There is a king-size master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and Jacuzzi® in addition to four other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool entertainment room has a vaulted wood ceiling with skylights and opens up to a second spacious deck. The heated pool is 2 feet by 40 feet, encompassed by an entertainment area with 'surround sound'. The new guest house is totally private from the main house.

We rented this house last summer with our family, including small children. We were very disapointed at the condition of the house and property. There were piles of trash with nails and broken glass all over the yard. The house was filthy. We spent the first 2 days of our vacation cleaning the house and picking up trash. The pool was nice, but the heater was not working so we didn't get to use it very much.
