From the living area of this villa one looks onto a beautiful, peaceful water reserve area, the home is a waterfront villa. The heated pool is adjacent to the living area as well. This three bedroom home also includes a spacious game room which includes a queen sleeper sofa. The game room includes soccer table, video games, and more. The Remmington Community is conveniently located with close access to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and other popular attractions, as well as shopping and dining. From the home, it's less than five minutes to the Florida Turnpike which provides excellent access to other Florida attractions. This home will offer a comfortable base for your family to enjoy Florida's beauty and its many vacation attractions.

What a great house!

My husband, children, and mother-in-law stayed at this house. We had a great time! The house was clean and well cared for everything we needed was there on site. The pool was great and so was the view! It is in a great central location to a lot of activities. We have small children but didn't want to go to Disney everyday of our vacation. This allowed us to fit in lots of fun for everyone. And on the days we weren't busy doing things we were all able to relax in the pool. I would love to come back again and would recommend this house to my friends. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to come back next year!

Nice relaxing place to stay

This property was exactly as described and very clean. The directions to the property and the instructions on how to obtain access were very clear and easy to understand. (No problems at all) Disney World is about 20 - 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Lots of stores and businesses nearby. A few improvements could be made to the property. The kitchen could be stocked with a few more dishes, pots & pans, and towels. Property also needs a little maintenance and repairs. Other than those few things this is a great place to stay(very good property with a reasonable price) and would recommend it to anyone!

The unit was very clean and orderly. There were no beach towels as listed in the amenities and there were no PlayStation games (which disappointed our kids), but other than that, everything that was stated was true. The private pool was great as our kids couldn't wait to come back to the condo every evening for a swim. The gated neighborhood is nice, well maintained and not too busy. We will definately consider staying here again.

Great family vacation!

I stayed at this location from April 11 - 21st with my husband, 15-yr old son, mother and dog. The property was well-maintained and equiped for a great family vacation. We loved the private pool and the lake right in the backyard (which my dog liked to sit in and watch the ducks and cranes). My son enjoyed the foosball table and PS2 game system. Tennis courts, a basketball court and soccer fields were right around the corner and easily accessible. A golf course was also there; however, we did not use.

The property is nearby the Orlando attractions without being too close. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

We had a great time during our Disney vacation while staying in the home!! This house is very clean and kid friendly! We would recommend this beautiful home to all of our friends and family. We loved the pool and my hubby loved fishing in the lake!
