This has been our first experience in the Cape, so we did not know what to expect. We found the house precisely as described, clean, cozy and quaint, with lots of space and light, fully furnished and supplied with anything you might need, including wine glasses!.
there are few beaches nearby, 2 within walking distance.
the yard is clean, with a spacious deck and patio furniture if you like to dine outdoors; my daughters and I truly enjoyed shower outside - what a perfect thing after a day at the beach. The house is located in a quaint neighborhood, with slow traffic, so it's a dream for the bikers and the kids playing.
Overall, we loved the house, and we definitely plan to go back next summer.
