Great property for family of 5
The location was ideal for an island vacation. It's not a hotel on a main road with 30 other hotels, it's on the other side of the island away from the city. Yet, it was a short drive to the local market, the Lighthouse restaurant or Rum Point (nice restaurant also).
The house and property were great, right on the beach with great snorkeling. We went 150-200 feet out from the beach and the water was only 5 feet deep with fish and coral everywhere.
With two bedrooms it was perfect for our family of 5, the second bedroom has a bunkbed and a queen bed. The main room and screened in porch are huge. The private pool was very useful. More than enough seating area for entertaining inside, outside or on the screened in porch.
Wifi kept us in touch with home when we wanted to.
This was our first but not last time renting through vrbo, it was an easy process. We only set this up a couple weeks in advance. The people were easy to work with and gave allot of helpful suggestions.
The only negative I can think of was the mosquitoes after dark and only on certain nights. There was a plane that sprayed one evening that helped allot. I was told mosquitoes can be a problem that time of year (mid August).
We had a great time and will probably go back.
