The Castle is a beautiful large, luxury 7-BR/5.5-BA vacation home in a gated community, features 3 master bedrooms. It's located at Emerald Island Resort's most exclusive area, 'The Enclave', a Gated Community in Kissimmee, Florida -- just two miles from Disney World, and close to Universal Studios. Your vacation starts at the entrance of this gated community with its dramatic palm tree-lined boulevard, towering monuments, reflecting pools, and sculptured dolphins sending forth plumes of water. This wonderful home is ideal for families, reunions, and parties. It offers 3,900 square feet of living space plus areas of Private Pool, Stand-alone Spa and yard. Sleeps 16 with its 5 king-size beds, 2 twins, and 4 bunk beds. The king and twin beds all feature Pillow-Top mattresses. There is TV/DVD/VCR in all bedrooms. The large, fully-equipped kitchen includes all cookware and utensils. The formal Ledgewood dining room table and Kitchen table seats 14. High Speed Broadband Internet service.

“The Castle”’ is located in Emerald Island Resort’s Most Exclusive Area, “The Enclave is in close proximity to Orlando’s major attractions. Just 2 miles from Disney Theme Parks. An easy six minutes drive gives you the option of “going home” for an afternoon siesta or a refreshing dip in the pool, then returning to the park for the rest of the day. With easy access to I-4 and Route 192, Sea World, Universal Studios and several Water Parks are within 15 minutes drive. Also there are several opportunities for Diner Theatre entertainment within 10 to 15 minutes such as medieval Times; Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede; Pirates and Arabian Nights. If golf is your game, there are many courses to choose from.

    (3) High Seasons/Holidays:Only take 7 nights minimum booking or more.(Sat-To-Sat.Only)
    (4) Cleaning fee is $150. No Cleaning fee if stay more than 7 nights
    (6) $250 Deposits to book the dates. Deposits are non refundable unless rebook.
  • 1.High Seasons and Holidays: only take a 7 night minimum booking or more. (Saturday to Saturday for a 7 night booking)
    2.Low Season: Minimum Stay: 5 Nights all within the same week. (Cannot block a two week booking with a 5 night stay

The air-conditioned game room has a pool table, air hockey, a Foosball® table, and a TV. Child-friendly amenities include two 'Pack & Plays', two highchairs, and two strollers. Outdoors there is a heated pool and a stand-alone spa (hot tub). We have made every effort to upgrade all the 'extras' to make your vacation very special and comfortable. There is a $150 cleaning fee if your booking is less than seven nights. Please add $30 pool heat per night.
