It offers 3,900 square feet of living space plus areas of Private Pool, Stand-alone Spa and yard. Sleeps 16 with its 5 king-size beds, 2 twins, and 4 bunk beds. The king and twin beds all feature Pillow-Top mattresses. There is TV/DVD/VCR in all bedrooms. The large, fully-equipped kitchen includes all cookware and utensils. The formal Ledgewood dining room table and Kitchen table seats 14. High Speed Broadband Internet service.
The air-conditioned game room has a pool table, air hockey, a Foosball® table, and a TV. Child-friendly amenities include two 'Pack & Plays', two highchairs, and two strollers. Outdoors there is a heated pool and a stand-alone spa (hot tub). We have made every effort to upgrade all the 'extras' to make your vacation very special and comfortable. There is a $150 cleaning fee if your booking is less than seven nights. Pool heat is optional on request at $30 per night.
