This newly remodeled and upgraded unit features tile floors, and new tiled kitchen countertops and maple cabinets. Furnished with Balinese bamboo and rattan furniture throughout, it has a wonderful tropical flavor. And with its location just 200 yards from Kamaole One, a beautiful white sandy beach, it features an ocean view from both the living room and lanai (porch). The condo comfortably sleeps two to four persons with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include Web TV, so you can check your e-mail or surf the web at home. Kihei Alii Kai is a quiet, wonderful condo in a great location. It has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis courts. Within walking distance are restaurants, shopping, beaches, a health food store, and an internet cafe. Six championship golf courses are within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui. I'm sure you will be very happy and comfortable here.

All the comforts of home

We ushered in the New Year in Jeffrey and Madir's beautiful condo. Not only did it have all the comforts of home, but every time we thought it would be fun to do something......they had already anticipated our wish! From tennis rackets and boogie boards to snorkel masks and beach toys, we could be as active as we liked to be. And when we got tired of playing outdoors, we had DVDs, cassettes, the Internet, TV, and board games to keep us entertained indoors. Plus, they had lots of great suggestions about where to eat, where to snorkel, where to shop, where to shop, where to shop....oops, I seem to be stuck on shopping! Ha!

What more can I say: Great place to stay in Maui, great location, great people!

We just returned from a week in Maui, staying at this great condo. It was very clean and quite attractive. It's in a quiet complex just steps away from restaurants and shops and of course a lovely beach. The condo is equipped with most anything you'll need (beach chairs, big fluffy beach towels, those sweet-smelling grass beach mats, boogie boards, tennis rackets...) We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, sharing our breakfast with the francolins (quail-type birds) that periodically canvas the grounds of the complex. The pool and jacuzzi are nicely maintained, and the residents and other renters friendly. A great home base in paradise.

This condo was a great find via the vrbo website and the owners were gracious and accomodating. I have let all my friends who are planning Maui trips in on this place so they too can enjoy.

I have it that there are few comments listed here because previous guests want to keep it a secret! I even hesitate myself but since the renters were so gracious, and I wish them well, I'll add that it's a beautiful, well-kept unit, conveniently located and most reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for more, and I'm ready to book again!
