2BR, 2.5 Bath Golf-Course View, Sleeps 6, Pet Friendly

This non-smoking, two-bedroom, two and one half-bath Greens villa has a prime location in Shipyard Plantation. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Shipyard Beach Club and Atlantic Ocean. It’s across from the Crowne Plaza Resort and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. The pool is across from the villa. Two bikes and wireless Internet are provided free to our guests.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and have private baths – the master has a brand new pillow top king-size bed and cable TV/DVD. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and cable TV. A full-sized washer/dryer are between the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully-equipped. The great room has a LCD 47 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and CD/Stereo, and an additional 26 inch flat screen tv in a front room. Double sliding doors lead you to a private deck with patio furniture and a charcoal grill where you can watch golfers navigate the well- bunkered 6th green & putt to finish the hole. A half bath is also located on the first floor.

Our newly redecorated villa is a two-story, non-smoking villa which comes with many amenities to make your stay pleasurable. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a brand new king-size pillow top mattress, a walk-in closet, cable TV, and a golf course view. The guest bedroom is upstairs, and has one queen bed and 1 twin bed, two large closets, and cable TV. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located upstairs.

The downstairs living area has a fully-equipped kitchen. The dining room has a glass dining room table with six chairs. The living room has all new furniture with a 47 inch flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR. The double sliding doors provide access to a private deck with patio furniture where you can relax and enjoy the view of the seventh green of the Shipyard Golf Course. There is also a half bath located on the first floor.

Amenities include a telephone, answering machine, free wireless Internet, air-conditioning, three cable TVs, a DVD, VCR, stereo, iron & ironing board, washer, dryer, and a shared pool. The full kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishware, and linens.

This home is pet-friendly with prior approval. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is across the street!

Pet Friendly: One smaller (45 lb. limit), well-behaved dog up-to-date with shots and ongoing flea/tick meds with responsible humans may accompany guests upon owner approval - $75 fee.

Very nice rental villa. Steps away from golf course, seen them playing. An easy bike ride to the beach, (bikes at villa), and to the Plaza for shopping. The beach access was great and a nice beach. Although we had bad weather, our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing thanks to this unit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Amazing Condo

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was within walking distance to the beach. The owners were very nice and accommodating to our specific needs. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Hilton Head. Thanks!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa as it is very nicely decorated and furnished. The location is excellent as it is a short walk, or bike ride to the beach. We stayed the entire month of February 2010 and enjoyed every day we were there! We hope to reserve another month in the future!

We stayed for 5 days with parents and dog......what a treat.
The home is fantastic and very nice ....relaxing was easy.
A few miutes to walk to the beach made it 'THE-PLACE' to return to. Owner and local support were....hold on....ARE...as friendly as can be.

Great for Relaxing Family Vacation

Our family had a great time at this villa. The pictures provide an accurate description of what you'll find - the villa is clean, nicely decorated, cheery colors throughout. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch everyday, and had everything we needed. The weather was cool while we were there, but we still enjoyed walks/bike rides to beach and around Shipyard. Washer/dryer upstairs between the bedrooms was very handy for keeping up with boys and their laundry. We would stay here again and would recommend to friends & family.
