Apartment, 1-2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

This apartment is available periods 30 days or longer and it is not a vacation rental. The apartment is available monthly, and long term for those who are relocating, remodeling or repairing their residence, need long term housing near UCLA or St. John's hospital or need long term housing for any purpose other than vacation purposes.

Please note the city of Santa Monica prohibits the use of this apartment for short term vacation purposes or if you already have full time housing somewhere else.

If you intend to vacation in the City of Santa Monica, you are encouraged to stay at a Hotel or make other arrangements.

The City of Santa Monica will send a code compliance inspector to inspect the apartment to inquire and verify as to the purpose of your stay.

Desirable North of Wilshire apartment, 10 min. walk to the Ocean.

Spacious one to two bedroom apartment with custom designed kitchen, living room and bathroom. All new stainless steel appliances, including fridge, dishwasher, stove, and cabinets for the traveling Chef. Custom designed bathroom with full size bathtub.

The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and has a Flat Screen TV, Satellite, DVD, and Wireless DSL connection. Convenient Washer/Dryer is inside the unit. Free street parking is located in front of the building.

You are minutes from Santa Monica Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica Pier and Montana avenue with its unique clothing shops. A short drive to Beverly Hills and famous Rodeo drive. Explore the museums like LACMA, Paul Getty and drive down famous Pacific Coast Highway and the beaches of Venice and Malibu.

Please note if your purpose of stay is for vacation the city prohibits rental of Apartments for vacation purposes.

My stay in this apartment for just over a month was great. Good location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Short drive to beach. Apartment was clean and well-furnished. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Santa Monica or L.A. in general. Also, management company was equally responsive when I had a problem with the water.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Whether we wanted to enjoy the awesome
accommodations - immaculate, artsy ambience,
private, very comfortable for entertaining with full
kitchen - or we wanted to venture out to the shops,
restaurants, and the beach all within a few blocks of
each other, this property couldn't have been better.
We enjoyed it all including watching the dolphin
play just beyond the breakers on Santa Monica
Beach. Highly recommended.
