Paradise Point located on Ocean Drive 53rd street in the Private Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This is a beautiful 12th floor corner ocean front unit from which there is a great view of the ocean, coast, and salt marshes of North Myrtle Beach. This unit is unique in that there are no other nearby condominiums obstructing any of the bedroom views so you can see for miles! There are incredible views of the salt marshes, and you can see the ocean from any where in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. In all there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this 1600 square foot condo. The huge, 200 square foot double bay 27 foot long balcony has access from both living room and the large king master suite. The master suite includes a grand view of the ocean, a private Jacuzzi® bathtub and separate shower, his and her separate sinks, walk in closet and private TV.

The second bedroom has a private TV and private bathroom. The third bedroom and fourth bedrooms have beds private TV and bathroom access. All bedrooms have either or both salt marsh views and ocean views. Our condo has a fully equipped luxury full size kitchen with granite counter tops and tiled backsplash. Other kitchen features include: under cabinet lighting, oven, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, smooth ceramic glass radiant cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker (coffee/sugar/creamer provided), blender, fryer, all plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc...It has everything! The living room has a 51 inch widescreen projection TV with DVD player, amazing ocean front views, balcony access, and a sofa that will fold out into a queen size bed. The unit includes central air, cable, washer/dryer and all linens, pillows, towels provided. We even leave dishwasher and laundry detergent. This is priced to be the best deal in the area.

Building amenities include: elevator right next to unit front door, free parking, oceanfront water park with an array of pools (kiddie pool, lazy river, hot tub, indoor pool). Local Attractions: Barefoot Landing, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, video arcades, novelty shops, The Pavilion, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The Haunted House, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Square Mall and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, restaurants, fishing, boating, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, horseback riding, surfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling and diving, music shows, miniature golf, amusement parks, and more. Check in is at 6:00pm and out at 1:00pm. Seven nights or more rentals must be Saturday to Saturday only please. Full rental amount plus $700 refundable deposit is required to reserve dates. No smoking or pets permitted.

My stay at Paradise Pointe was wonderful! The Porperty was clean, spacious, and a great view of the sun setting and rising. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We'll be back!!

Dear Jeff,

My husband and I were totally impressed. I've never seen a more beautiful rental property. It is definitely 10 times better than staying in any hotel, or any other rental. I loved it so much I wouldn't mind moving in permanently...if only I could!
And I haven't even begun to mention the accessibility of the building and above all, the views of the beach. Your directions were great! We found it very easily. I was happy it was so well lit.
I loved waking up and having breakfast to the sounds of the beach. Ahh!
It was the most restful vacation ever. Before I tell all my friends, I want to make sure my week is reserved, I know you'll be booked.
We're definitely coming back with kids!

This is a very nice unit with plenty of parking. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Jeff is very easy to work with.
