4BR 4 Bath Oceanview Vacation Rental Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina USA

This new penthouse villa is on the exclusive West End, and features incredible panoramic views of the ocean and island. Special features include an elev. covered parking, an oceanfront pool, a beach club with food serv.cabana & a fine dining restaurant. Enjoy entertaining on the top floor penthouse deck overlooking the ocean, sound and Intracoastal Waterway. The deck receives morning sun and afternoon shade which adds to your enjoyment on hot summer days! The villa sleeps 12. There is two king-size bed in each of 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The remaining two BR's have 3 singles with one opening to a pull-out trundle bed & ea. BR has priv bath. The LR couch incl.a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your gourmet cooking needs. Amenities include color cable/DVD TVs in all bedrooms, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet, free US LD, outside shower, Jacuzzi tub in master, HDTV surround sound in living. 4-5 minute walk to the beach/pool

This is our personal home : that we rent about 12 weeks per year and have professionally decorated the Villa. This is not your typical beach rental and clearly seperates itself from the myriad of other units with wonderful amenities like high speed wireless, LCD/DVR TV's in the bedrooms, surround sound TV in living area, etc.

6 Seat Elec.Club Car Golf Cart Available for Rent: We keep a new 6 seat golf cart for our use but can make it available for $375.00 per week (Pier charges $575.00 per week for 4 seat cart) to responsible drivers older than 25 years of age. A rental agreement and proof of insurance wll be required before releasing the cart to our guests.

About Nick or Helen

My wife and I live in Charlotte, NC and this Villa is our personal home and not your typical 'beach rental'. It is professionally decorated and appointed to meet your every need.

We rent it about 10 weeks a year and then use it for our personal family needs the rest of the year.

What makes this villa unique

We have a 6 seat electric Club Car golf cart that we'll rent at reduced rates to our guests over the local rental companies (assuming over 25 years of age and insured).

Additionally, we love our dog Soffee and know many of our guests have the same feelings and they become part of our family. So, we've had great experience with responsible owners and have decided to allow dogs (sorry no cats) up to 40 lbs. to join their owners. We do require a pet deposit of $300.00 which

25% booking deposit that can be made with PayPal, MasterCard or Visa and balance within 45 days of arrival.

6 seat Club Car electric golf cart available to guests only @ $375.00 (Pier charges $550 for same cart) per week (plus tax). Drivers must be insured and over 25 years of age and sign a golf cart rental agreement
Fees And Taxes 12.75% N. Carolina and Brunswick County lodging tax will be added to the rent and maid service of $100.00. Linen service is available upon request.
Dog friendly up to 40 lbs. and a pet deposit of $300 will be required with 85% of it being refundable assuming no pet issues.

Clean and roomy!

We were impressed when we walked into this villa! It was clean and had plenty of room for all 11 of the ladies in our Mommy getaway!
The elevator was nice to load and unload our luggage, groceries, etc. It wasn't working on the 2nd day we were there, but we called the number that the owners left on the fridge and it was fixed very quickly!
Although it was cool and rainy for our whole long weekend, we did take the short walk to the beach to take a walk. It is a beautiful beach and we will definitely be back...when it's warmer!

Condo Review

We recently stayed at this condo for a family vacation. We have been going to Ocean Isle for about 20 years and this is the first time we have rented a condo instead of a house. The main reason for this wa because we didnt have as many people this year and the other being the price difference. We didnt feel that we missed out by not renting a house. The listing is as it is advertised and was very clean.
We took our mom who is handicapped so having the elevator and the big hallway was great. She didnt have a hard time getting around the condo.
I would recommend renting the golf cart. This was an added pleasure to our vacation whether taking it to the pool or to get ice cream (which is a must) while at the beach. We have always brought bikes but this was nice getting my mom around.
We also brought a dog. You would not know other dogs have been the unit. It was clean and didnt have any doggie smells!
The owner Nick was easy to work with and responded quickly. I have always gone thru an realty company but didnt have any issues with the owner.
I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends and are hoping to go back next year.

Awesome Vacation...hated to leave!!

How lucky we were to find this amazing, pet-friendly villa! We just spent a fabulous week there and really hated to leave. The villa was so nice, we only left to stock up and go to the beach/pool. Comfortable, stylish with lots of room, our group of seven ( plus doggie) had more than enough room. The balcony had an amazing view and a lot of time was spent there! The owner was very pleasant to work with and made everything smooth and easy! Having an elevator was a huge plus, and we highly recommend renting the golf cart! The property is well maintained, and we can't wait to go again....excellent!

Perfect beach house for pet owners who do not want to leave their pets at home for vacation! Beautiful, clean home with great views of the Intercoastal Waterway and the Ocean! The 6 person golf cart is a great amenity for getting around the island. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did! We will definitely be returning to this house!

PERFECT place for your next getaway!

This house was fantastic and was beautifully decorated! From the decor, to the kitchen supplies, to the relaxing porch with views of the sound and ocean made for a perfect vacation. We rented the golf cart which was a fantastic addition to our trip! Having the 6 seater golf cart to transport the beach chairs and bags to the beach was great! Even though the beach was super close..it made it so nice just to have to carry all of our beach goodies. Should you rent this villa..you will also LOVE the pool area...awesome pool and a wonderful restaurant attached which has spectacular views of the ocean and pool! If you are looking for a great rental with room for everyone in a perfect location, you defintely want to book this house! Incredible layout, amentities, great owner to work with and beautiful property! Just got back home and already counting down the days until we can go back again.

PS: Should you rent this lovely home...be sure to take the very short walk over to The Isles restaurant for dinner...FANTASTIC!
