This new penthouse villa is on the exclusive West End, and features incredible panaoramic views of the ocean and island. Special features include an elev. covered parking, an oceanfront pool, a beach club with food serv.cabana & a fine dining restaurant. Enjoy entertaining on the top floor penthouse deck overlooking the ocean, sound and Intracoastal Waterway. The deck receives morning sun and afternoon shade which adds to your enjoyment on hot summer days! The villa sleeps 12. There is two king-size bed in each of 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The remaining two BR's have 3 singles with one opening to a pull-out trundle bed & ea. BR has priv bath. The LR couch incl.a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your gourmet cooking needs. Amenities include color cable/DVD TVs in all bedrooms, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet, free US LD, outside shower, Jacuzzi tub in master, HDTV surround sound in living. 4-5 minute walk to the beach/pool

This is our personal home : that we rent about 12 weeks per year and have professionally decorated the Villa. This is not your typical beach rental and clearly seperates itself from the myriad of other units with wonderful amenities like high speed wireless, LCD/DVR TV's in the bedrooms, surround sound TV in living area, etc.

6 Seat Elec.Club Car Golf Cart Available for Rent: We keep a new 6 seat golf cart for our use but can make it available for $275.00 per week (Pier charges $550.00 per week for 4 seat cart) to responsible drivers older than 25 years of age. A rental agreement and proof of insurance wll be required before releasing the cart to our guests.

My family and I had a very enjoying, relaxing vacation at this lovely Ocean Isle Villa! Being on the top level provided for amazing views of the sound as well as the ocean. The kids enjoyed the pond below filled with fish and turtles. The villa is definitely a place we would stay again. It felt like a home away from home to us. It was equipped with everything you need to have nice family dinners and to just relax. I was very pleased with how well the villa is cleaned and maintained - it doesn't even appear to be a rental. Next time, we'll rent the golf cart from the owners - a major treat for the kids! Definitely spend time at the pool if you are bringing children. They had a blast. If you're looking for great food - Causeway Gourmet is absolutely amazing! Ocean Isle is a great vacation spot and this villa was a perfect compliment!

This was the perfect condo for our annual 'girls' getaway. It accommodated 12 of us nicely and had a HUGE deck! We couldn't have asked for a nicer place. We will definitely use it again!

My family and I had a great time at Ocean Isle and this beautiful condo was perfect. The property was clean, well maintained and furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located just a short distance from the beach with a golf cart for convenience. I would definately recommend renting this condo. Ocean Isle has great restaurants, shopping and a neat icecream shop for an after dinner sweet. Great area for children. Thank you for allowing up to spend our vacation in your lovely condo. Rent this one and you won't go wrong. Its a winner!!!!

Fabulous Condo!!

I rented this fabulous condo in September of this year. The unit is absolutely fantastic in every way! Perfect and peaceful location, short trip to Myrtle Beach or Wilmington and the accommodations were perfect. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, plenty of room in the kitchen and dining areas for large family or group and the back porch provides a great area to have a cup of early morning coffee to watch the sunrise. I would highly recommend this condo to all my family and friends.
