This four-bedroom/two-bath home is located in the quaint Village of Duck. There is no need to worry about traffic or driving your vehicle. Both the ocean and the Village of Duck are nearby. Beach access is an easy walk. You can park your car for the entire vacation. Enjoy the pool and hot tub with TV and adjoining cabana bar at the cottage. Play a game of horseshoes; or go on an excursion. The cottage includes many personal touches including new furniture, two decks, a screened porch, and a lovely covered area underneath that includes an inviting hammock and swing -- perfect for reading a book or visiting with friends. There are waterfront and village shops, fine restaurants for dining, coffee shops to enjoy on morning strolls, and deli and ice cream treats for the late afternoon and night outings -- all within a short walk. The home's ground floor has a laundry room. The first floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with twin beds, and an adjoining bathroom.

The second floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with sliding glass doors to a screened porch (where you can enjoy a family meal or a quiet breakfast). Also on the second floor is a large open great room with an entertainment center. The third floor has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an entry to an observation deck, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom in-between. The loft is a perfect reading area with its double bed and sleeper sofa.
