Enjoy a week with your friends and family at a charming 1895 Victorian house in the historic district of Cambridge - in Dorchester County, on Maryland's scenic Eastern Shore. This lovely house is located just three blocks from the city marina on the Choptank River. Walk or bike to the historic shopping district, enjoying the many fine examples of turn-of-the-century architecture along the way. Take a picnic to the nearby playground/park on the river. Sit on the porch swing while you slow down from your busy life. Furnished for your relaxation, this comfortable, Victorian treasure has three bedrooms on the second floor. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two bedrooms with a queen-size bed each. One bathroom has a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bathtub. The other second-floor bathroom has a clawfoot tub. On the first floor (next to the den) is another full bath with a walk-in shower. The den can be used as a 4th bedroom, with a queen-size futon pull-out.

Perfect Weekend

Snug Trappe, PA
Review Submitted: January 10, 2008 Date of Stay: November 2007
We had a long girlfriends weekend in November in this wonderful home. More spacious than we thought, quiet and beautiful - a real retreat (and treat) for five tired moms! All four days we were there the TV wasn't on once. We walked to a restaurant our first night and walked into town and shopped the following day. We left rejuvinated and ready for the world again.
