Turnkey! Weekly and Monthly available. Pet friendly! This charming 'Olde Delray', single-family home has a private pavered patio for outdoor dining and grassed landscaped fenced yard. It's just minutes from Delray's beach, and just a few blocks from the public golf course. Shopping is nearby, as is Chris Evert's Tennis Center, FAU, PBCC, and LYNN Universities. Our friendly neighborhood has no HOA restrictions. Landscape maintenance is included. This three-bedroom/one-bath home is totally renovated, and features a brand new kitchen with new appliances and black granite counters. Other features include Mexican tile throughout. There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. The great room features a mahogany chest with a new TV/DVD/VCR, and a Sienna Couch and Love seat - both with 2 recliners for real relaxation!. There are TVs in all bedrooms. The dining room looks out thought French doors to patio. Our home has all-new hurricane windows and doors.
