The El Mirador Villa is a 2 unit house. Rent one unit for smaller groups or rent entire Villa for larger groups. Each unit is complete with separate entrance, separate fully equipped eat-in kitchens, separate bathrooms and individual washer/dryer.

The Upper Unit : 2 bedroom / 1 bath - Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 Full size beds. Eat in kitchen, living room, outside balcony with hammock. Rear covered patio/lanai for morning coffee or evening grilling and dinners.

The Lower Unit : 3 bedroom / 2 bath - Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a private master bath. 2nd bedroom with 2 Full size beds. 3rd bedroom with 4 bunk beds / dorm style. A 2nd full bathroom. Living room, reading lounge, front lanai/patio and outside open air covered breezeway with table and chairs for evening bbq's or morning coffee. The upper unit can be rented for a small group, the lower unit rented for a larger group or the entire villa (both units) for a very large group.

Entertainment/Things to Do: Rincón, while small and informal, offers a variety of entertaining vacation experiences including:

World class diving at Rincón and via charter service to Desecheo Island (13 miles offshore)

Several continuous miles of beautiful, uncrowded swimming beaches

Snorkeling among tropical reefs in tranquil clear blue waters

The best big wave riding in the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, comparable to Hawaiian surf

Endangered humpback whale watching in the month of February

Deep sea fishing (blue marlin, mahi, wahoo, grouper, and more)

Rincón's El Faro lighthouse offers stunning ocean views and is one of just two observation parks for whale watching in the world (the other is in South Africa).

Surrounding areas offer interesting side trips like coffee plantations, spectacular mountain driving, mini rain forests, the Rio Camuy Cave Park, Cabo Rojo's salt flats, the massive radio telescope in Arecibo and the biologically wondrous Phosphorescent Bay.

Located on the west coast the coastal town of Rincón hosts many entertaining activities such as surfing competitions, marathons, triathlons and music festivals. Rincón's El Faro lighthouse, which is one of the only two observation parks for whale watching in the whole world, offers a stunning view of the ocean. You can take spectacular trips to nearby areas that include rain forests, coffee plantations, the Rio Camuy Cave Park, the wonderful Phosphorescent Bay, Cabo Rojo's salt flats and Arecibo's enormous radio telescope. Our visitors can enjoy golfing just 25 minutes away in Aguadilla and gamble 20 minutes away in Mayagüez. The town of Rincón offers fine dining restaurants, shops and the services our tourists need, including medical services. In spite of its distinctions, Rincón retains a rural charm.

Huge Space, quiet neighborhood

Rincon, PR is pure paradise, and El Mirador is the ideal place for a peaceful stay. Both units were quite spacious, with large kitchens and outdoor patio areas. The villa was well-maintained, clean and had plenty of parking. The owners were helpful and quick to respond. Looking forward to our return visit!
