Warm by the fireplace on the cool crisp evenings. Inside this fully-appointed house, the living area has a stereo, TV, VCR/DVD, and a full library of videos tapes and DVD's for the entire family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It includes microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, towels, etc. There are four bedrooms, three full baths, bedrooms include 2 queen-size beds and a day bed, Master has a King Bed. For larger groups, open up the living area couch-bed or the patio futon couch-bed. All linens, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo included.
The surrounding area is called the Tri-Cities, consisting of Kingsport, Bristol, and Johnson City.
Boone Lake is a 32-mile-long, TVA lake with 130 miles of shoreline. You can fish, swim, or boat anywhere on the lake. Or, rent a pontoon boat and spend day exploring the endless shoreline and multiple marinas. Enjoy lunch or dinner and live entertainment in the evening at Lakeside Marina or Sonny's Marina.

Bristol has the NASCAR races for all the racing fans; Roan Mountain and Bays State Parks are close by for hiking. For a great side trip go see the Biltmore House in Asheville, North Carolina which is a little over a hour away. Snowskiing is about an hour to Wolfe Laurel, Beach Mountain, and Banner Elk.
Enjoy antique shopping in Jonesboro, the oldest city in Tennessee. Jonesboro has a yearly story telling festival and is 12 miles away. Enjoy wine tasting at the local countryside vineyards. For the golf lovers, there are several beautiful courses surrounded by mountains views, just minutes away. Cherokee National Park and the Appalachian Trail are within 30 minutes. White-water rafting is within 30 minutes at Nolichucky River.
