NO HURRICANE DAMAGE. High and dry and very grateful! Stunning oceanfront views! This 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath oceanfront is on Long Beach Island in Harvey Cedars. This Unit has two floors and features TWO LARGE OCEANFRONT DECKS. The entire property has awesome oceanfront views. Watch the sun and moon rise over the ocean and the dolphins parade by. 1st floor has a new queen mattress and a full bath. The eat-in kitchen and living room (with a 40' flat screen TV) are all open with views of the ocean. There is a large wrap-around oceanfront deck with dining table and deck chairs. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, a 26' flat screen TV and a full bath. There is a large 2nd floor square oceanfront deck with plenty of seating with a table and chairs. Bedroom has a partial ocean view,

I love the ocean and so when I first rented this property three years ago I was so thrilled to be able to sit on the deck and see the ocean and hear it at night...although there have been some changes in the beach, the view has not been comprimised a great deal and the new second floor deck is a plus....the entire house is well maintained and the owners are nice people and receptive to your questions, etc. I am so looking forward to my visit this year and since it is in early October the weather is dicey but we manage to have a great time anyway...there is a childrens beach at the end of the street on the bay and you are not far from the lighthouse which is always a treat...

Great Getaway - Coming back this year

How can one not enjoy a stay at a beachfront house. Especially at this home, which is so inviting and comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a deck on each floor facing the ocean. It’s quiet, and the beach is just steps away. The downstairs deck is great for barbecuing and outside meals. The top deck is perfect for cocktails, ocean scenes and sun bathing. The eat in kitchen was small, but well equipped. The bedrooms were neat and comfortable.
The location is ideal and close enough to everything, but quiet enough to enjoy a walk after dinner or ride your bike early in the morning. The house is everything that was represented and we are coming back again this summer.

The house was right on the beach! It was so relaxing watching dolphins and sipping on coffee on the upstairs deck in the evenings. The house was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Harvey Cedars is such a beautiful and quiet area compared to other parts of LBI-- we practically had the beach to ourselves! Communication with the owners was great-- every question and small concern we had were addressed promptly. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Perfect in every way!

We rented this property in 2009 for one week and loved it so much that we returned in 2010 for two weeks. The house is immaculate and has every amenity that you could possibly want. The best feature in our opinion was the proximity to the gorgeous beach. Step out of the house and basically right on to the sand. The beach is perfectly maintained with a life guard situated right at this beach. There are several restaurants/shops nearby that are within walking distance. If you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and all kinds of utensils. A gas grill is right outside the door on the lower deck. We are a family of three adults and a little dog. The place is spacious and provided lots of privacy for all of us. The upstairs deck offered the most magnificent, panoramic views of the beach/ocean. There are no words to describe it...you have to experience it!
We hope to enjoy many, many more summer vacations here as it is "perfect in every way!"

I have stayed at this beach house for the last two years. The house is roomy and well laid out. I have enjoyed a clean and well-maintained property both times. The owners are really nice. Very good communicators. The view from the second deck is perfect. I even saw whales swimming by (That was amazing). I have stayed on long beach Island for the last twelve years and this place is my favorite. There are several nice restaurants and plenty to do on the island. I took two weeks this year. It's my beach "home away from home". I can't wait.
