Going to the beach?: The two closest beaches are less than three minutes away by car, we walk to them for our morning exercise, but be prepared for a strenuous walk back up the hill to the house. There are a half a dozen other beaches within a five to ten minute drive. Each beach is unique some with big waves, some flat as a lake, some for snorkeling, others good for swimming or surfing and boogie boarding, and others just perfect for sitting under a shady palm tree with a cold drink watching the pelicans put on aerial show. So take your pick and enjoy a glorious day at the beach! To make your trip to the beach more pleasurable the following items are provided for your use. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler and ice packs and boogie boards. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.
Some little extras around the house!: The house is located in the safest most desirable neighborhood in town. There is plenty of off street parking under the house. The carport, stairway and all decks are well lighted. All windows are fully screened. There is an electric hot water heater so you won't run out of hot water. There is a 600 gallon reserve water cistern. The house is equipped with smoke detectors and battery powered lanterns.
