A nature reserve borders the north side of the property. Truly a peaceful setting. Each bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite and a walk-in closet. Each bathroom has its own linen closet. There is a pantry and dishwasher in the full kitchen. There are beach and pool toys in the foyer closet. The condo is conveniently located near grocery stores, shops, historic art districts, golf, restaurants, local sights, nature centers, the Gulf of Mexico, museums, movies, theatre, and attractions. Monthly downtown jazz concerts, beach art festivals, food festivals. Close to the Don Cesar Hotel for seminars & weddings; Eckerd College, Stetson University of Law for student/family visits; downtown for seminars/conferences/conventions; Bayfront Hospital. for traveling nurses.
