When you book a week long stay we do not charge for use of the grounds however, wedding guests are limited to the 8 guests staying in the vacation home. For additional guests the fee is just $50.00 per person with a maximum of 30 guests. Additional fee for water tanker delivery to fill the cistern.

Wonderful villa! Beautiful ocean views and of the lights of Christiansted at night. Interior decoration is spectacular and obviously done with great care. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils that could be needed and perfectly organized. Caretakers Richard and Rosemary Edge bent over backwards to ensure our stay was everything we'd expected. Plan to return.

At the airport we were greeted by caretakers, Richard and Rosemary, They are great people. Even took us to lunch, and gave us a tour of the Island, This trip was not my first to St. Croix, but I would say, it is the best way to vacation there. We felt very safe and had a wonderful time at the Villa. The only thing to make it perfect, would be more basic supplies. No first aid on site and only salt & pepper in the cupboard. So, be prepared to buy everything you might need.when you arrive. Richard and Rosemary, I give you A+++. THANKS for everything.
