SKIERS will enjoy the accessibility to the slopes as the condo is situated less than one mile from K1 Base Lodge, and is minutes from Snowshed and Ramshead Lodges.
OUTDOOR SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS can pursue many outdoor activities in the region, be it hiking, mountain biking, golfing, kayaking, cycling or horse-riding. Golf courses are in abundance, the nearest of which being Killington Golf Course within walking distance of the condo complex.
ADVENTURERS will find Killington is also perfectly situated within the heart of the Green Mountains to sally forth on day trips in search of picturesque towns, scenic mountain vistas, lake views, and viewing autumnal splendour. Explore the charming town of Woodstock, visit Orvis Retail and designer factory outlets in lovely Manchester, discover Quechee Gorge Village, lunch in Stowe, and make many other wonderful discoveries.
THE CONDO is perfect for a couple, and large enough to accommodate a maximum of four guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the living room, a double sleeper couch, and there is ample closet space in the bedroom, hallway and exterior ski locker. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped, and there is a built-in washer and dryer for small loads of laundry. The bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub and a full vanity. Baseboard heating is installed throughout for the winter months.
An open-plan design offers a spacious living area combining a four-person dinette, full kitchen and lounge leading through a sliding picture window onto a balcony which offers valley and mountain views. Flat screen TV's are located in the living room and the master bedroom. On a snowy day, the gas fire provides cozy comfort from the cold.
THE COMPLEX amenities include a hot tub, sauna, games room, bar, and a small gym. In non-winter months, the outdoor pool and tennis courts add another two great features to the holiday experience. Outdoor parking is provided within easy walking distance of the front entrance to the condo.
There are plentiful RESTAURANTS, BARS, GROCERY STORES AND SPORTS HIRE SHOPS spread along the Killington Access Road, all within easy reach.
We are originally from South Africa but have lived in the Caribbean for 20 years. We bought our condo for our own use as a ski and mountain retreat away from the tropics, and try to visit it as often as our schedules will allow.

Since the condo is primarily for our use, we maintain it to a very high standard and enjoy sharing with other visitors who will appreciate the standard of living and comfort it provides. We take a limited number of rentals to maintain this quality.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It felt like home from the moment we walked thru the front door. The location is perfect. We walked to the slopes and spa, and all the bars and restaurants are a few minute drive away. Sitting by the fire was a perfect end to our day. When we come back to Killington we would love to stay here again!
I didn't even realize this condo was right at the base of the mountain when we rented it and were delighted by its proximity both to the slopes and the amenities in town. Exceptionally clean, accessible and comfortable, this condo was perfect for a ski weekend.
We spent a wonderful week in this condo, exploring the immediate surrounding and further afield in Vermont. It is so well equipped that it felt like home-from-home. A very comfortable large bed, good quality linen and plenty of towels. The kitchen is all, and more, than you need for a holiday break and it was wonderful to have access to such a large refridgerator. The Fall colours did Killington proud whilst we were there in early October and the view from the balcony was wonderful to wake up to. We were able to easily walk to the ski lodges from the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the annual beer fest that was on at the Snowshed. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a handy market for the essential (even the odd take-out). We can highly recommend this accommodation.
Just returned from a 4 day stay in Killington, VT and stayed at this condo. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. The condo is beautifully kept, clean and has all the upgrades you will need for a stay in VT. The condo was well equipped and minutes from everything we wanted to do (skiing and restaurants). The BUS, is so convenient for skiers. We loved coming back to the cozy condo after a long day on the slopes and relaxing in front of the fireplace. We hope to be back to VT again and if we do we would love to stay here again!
We had a great time at this cozy, well-equipped apartment. Everything you might need is there, it is very clean and the towels are so soft that we asked the owners where they bought them.
The location is great - very close to the ski-lifts and as we rented the place in summer to go hiking and mountain-biking we often did not even touch the car and walked straight from'home'.
Killington is a fun place in summer to do mountain biking and hiking and we will try to come back.
We can recommend both, the apartment and the mountains - and as we are living on a busy island in the Caribbean - we enjoyed the calm ambiance.
