Village Point 306 is a luxurious 4 bedroom/3 bath w/Den fully furnished town home, located very near the Peak 9 base and the high-speed Quicksilver Super Six chairlift. New oak hardwood flooring and carpeting adds to the mountain charm of Village Point 306. Free Broadband Wireless Internet Access. Free Unlimited Local, US and Canada Long Distance Calling. This spacious, 3-level town home sleeps 8-10 very comfortably and privately. The master suite, located on the top floor, contains a king bed and a private bath. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a large deck equipped with a 6-person hot tub and table and chairs. This level also has a den, with a queen sofa sleeper. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and a private bath, and the other with 2 twin beds. This level also contains the laundry facilities.
