This beautifully remodeled four-bedroom/two-bath home is situated on Mooselookmeguntic Lake in the Rangeley Lakes region of Maine. It features unbelievable views of the lake, mountains, and sunsets right from the living room. Some of the country's best fishing and hunting are right on this lake and in the surrounding areas. Hiking trails are abundant, with Bald Mountain and the Appalachian Trail being the closest. The property's nicely manicured lawn leads down to the waterfront where you can go swimming, and you can tie your boat to our mooring right out front. A canoe and a small Laser sailboat are available for your use. This home is a terrific spot for family reunions or gatherings, or it can be rented by a group of friends. In the winter months the warm fireplace is a cozy spot to gather around after a day on the snowmobile trails or ski hills. Enjoy easy access to the trails for snowmobiling and skiing. Saddleback and Sugarloaf ski areas are within a twenty-minute ride.

The house is located in a very secluded area on Mooselookmeguntic Lake, a short distance from the quaint and historic village of Rangeley. Rangeley Village offers lake side dining, quaint shops, library, boating and snowmobiles rentals. The states best snowmobiles trails are located in the immediate area. Local ski slopes at Saddleback, Sugarloaf and Sunday River are all nearby. There are a number of gourmet restaurants in the area as well as locally grown produce and farm stands. Bald Mountain, Small Falls, The Appalachian Trail and Height of the Land are just a few of natures best the area has to offer. The region is known for its spectacular fly fishing offering trout and landlocked salmon. It is truly a wildlife sanctuary. Moose, deer, red fox, bear, and birds of all kinds are plentiful and commonly sighted. This will be truly an unforgettable stay.

Beautiful location. Nice, comfortable, clean house. Our group included two families of 4 and it was perfect for our group. Nice lawn for kids. Only trouble was rocky water entry not great for very small kids (4 and under) but othewise we had a great stay.
