The Perfect Retreat
We visited the Refugio in Aug 2008 after visiting Granada and found it the perfect retreat for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Upon arrival, the owner made us feel immediately welcome and showed us to our suitably equipped apartment which was spacious and bright.
The location of the property is high in the mountains of the Cerro Gordo National Park so a car is essential and benefits from spectaular views of the surrouding areas such as the mountains, coastline and beaches.
This property is highly recommended and is the perfect location for a truly relaxing retreat and the fantastic pool and many terraces make it an ideal place to escape to the Costa Tropical to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
