This romantic Sardinian style villetta is located on a 5,000 sq m private property of astonishing ancient typical Sardinian nature, along with other 4 villettas. It is situated in the midst of a beautiful primeval landscape. Despite the quiet location, the beautiful beaches (nearest 450 m), restaurants, a supermarket, a newspaper shop, boutiques and the Piazza of Porto Cervo and an amazing elegant yachting port, where the most beautiful yachts of the world sail in, are all nearby. From the terrace (30 sq m) one has a view of the little palm-garden , and sideways, over a hill, of the sea and the offshore islands.

The world famous marina is the centre of the Costa Smeralda, a 60 km long sheltered coastal region with crystal clear water and many fine sandy beaches. There is a very elegant yachting harbour, where the most beautiful ships of the world sail in, with lovely piazzas, with elegant cafés and restaurants, designer boutiques, but all in a very romantic quiet atmosphere. There are many little enchanting rural places around, with market days, and nice shops and cafés and rural restaurants too, besides the very elegant piano bars of the lovely Mediterranean style 5 star hotels, like Cala di Volpe and Romanzina. It is only 30 km to the Airport Olbia and the ferry boat port with interesting historical places to see. Porto Cervo has been for many years the holiday place of the ' beautiful people' from all over the world, but even so many famous people hide there away to have there holidays in a refined atmosphere, elegant understatement is the trend, to relax in a quiet romantic atmosphere.

Notes: The Villetta has a very romantic atmosphere, but it is also very aesthetically decorated, with love and taste, and has all modern comfort. (like washing machine and dishwasher, Microwave etc.) to make your life easy-going. The house is situated near to all commodities, like 4 beaches and shops and restaurants. Many lovely little villages are in the surroundings to find, with market days, and good Sardinian restaurants, pizzerias, shops and cafés. So even if Porto Cervo is a very elegant place, also a relaxed nature-life in the typical Sardinian atmosphere of the sub-tropics of the island is possible. The big terrace of the house, like a very big room, is wonderful, to relax and dine. Guests like the comfort, very special romantic atmosphere of the house. Cleaning service 15,- euro p.hour, babysitting even the preparation of meals are possible to be ordered on request, as well as a chauffeur(se) or a company to the restaurants or sightseeing guide. Smoking only allowed on the terraces.

Further Details: Pets allowed upon request ( 10 Euro per day). 2 bed-couches in the living-room. One bedroom with big double bed and another bedroom with a french doublebed and one singelbed. Cradle available. Cleaning service and babysitter possible. Renting a car, bike or motorbike is possible. Only on the terraces and in the garden is smokimg allowed. It is absolutely not allowed to smoke in the house, or damage-garant-ideposite will be lost.

Sardegna has a wonderfull adventures history, as all the ships passing in the thousands of years, left their traces, also in the physionomy of the population, where classic Greek profils, or Arabs or Spanish influences can clearly be seen, also in the lovely historical clothings of the different villages and towns.

The food has all the positive assets of the typical mediteranian cuisine, as well as the typical Sardegnian dishes.

Golf: 10 carminutes to the golf-cours, with a most beautifull view all over the Bay of Cala di Volpe

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung was die Lage und die Ausstattung angeht. Auch wenn das Haus nicht mehr neu war, so war es in einem guten und ordentlichem Zustand. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Fürsorge der Vermieterin auch bereits vor der eigentlichen Anreise ist beispielhaft. Ihre Tipps zu Stränden und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr hilfreich. Wenn jemand einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung sucht, ist er hier bestens aufgehoben. Allerdings benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto bzw. eine Fahrgelegenheit, da die Strände und Restaurants nur mobil zu erreichen sind. Wir können die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen und würden sie auch jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist schön, wird aber den Kosten keinesfalls gerecht. Zum Glück waren die direkt angrenzenden Baustellen nicht aktiv. Eine kurze Einweisung in die Fewo hat es leider nicht gegeben. Die Vorreinigung war mangelhaft (Haare und Schimmelstellen im Bad).
Der Ort ist sehr schön.

Dieses Haus befindet sich in einem sehr gepfegtem Zustand und ist hübsch eingerichtet.
Die Beschreibung seitens der Vermieterin trifft zu 100% zu.Sie ist freundlich, zuverlässig und zu vielerlei Hilfestellungen hinsichtlich der individuellen Urlaubsvorstellungen bereit.
Vom Standort des Hauses erreicht man nur mit dem Auto die schönsten Strände der Costa Smeralda (z.B, Liscia Ruja ,ca.10km ) .Die Strände in der Nähe sind vergleichsweise eher die 2. Wahl.
