This tri-level townhouse in located in Kawama Yacht Club at mile-marker 100 -- on the ocean side of Key Largo. This lushly-landscaped community is gated, and has 24-hour security. It has 2 pools (heated, marina, and tennis courts. The unit overlooks a saltwater lagoon where you can feed parrotfish and snappers. Molasses Reef Marina is onsite, and offers free use of its boat ramp and trailer storage. Boat slips are available for rent. Enjoy swimming in the pool or lagoon. Sunbathe by the beach. Play tennis -- or take the golf cart out to the jetty, and watch the boats. Our spacious unit is fully stocked with all linens and towels. The kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. And there's plenty of cookware, so you can can prepare your fresh catch. If you prefer to be served, visit one of the local restaurants (within walking distance) where you can enjoy the catch of the day prepared for you.

Loved this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very clean, well taken care of. Felt like home. Everything is there. towels, basket ball, floats, tennis rackets even some movies to watch. We will be staying there again. Highly Recommend....

The owner was wonderful to work with....very accomodating. The location was great. The condo was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. We were close to Ocean Divers and ScubaDoo (Both great dive operators. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our family of seven stayed at this lovely townhouse and had a wonderful time last week. The home had everything we needed and was tidy. We loved the gated community. The pool was nice and the kids loved the fact that we could use the golf cart all week. That comes in handy when its hot and you want to go down to the jetty. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very comfortable and clean.Owner was extremely helpful and our vacation was very enjoyable.Plenty of room,great location.
