3BR Oceanview Vacation Rental Seagrove Beach, Florida USA

The Seabiscuit is a three-bedroom/three bath plus bunk area home that features lounging decks and fabulous Gulf views on all three levels. it is 50 yards from the pristine, turquoise-blue Gulf, one lot from our private beach access and about 30 steps from the Summer's Edge community heated pool..

Our home is tastefully furnished with teak and West Indies-style furniture, and slip-covered sofas. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances. Our home features 3 master suites each with their own private baths. The downstairs master has queen size bed while the two 2nd level master suites have king size beds. All bedroom are equipped with a TV entertainment center.

Our home is pefect for a family as we have bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a big red wagon to help cart those sand toys and chairs to the beach. The only thing you will need to bring is your beach towel. We have begun our 2011 bookings so give me a call to get your desired week.

The 3rd Floor tower room features a pull-out full-size sofa bed and a mini-bar, overlooking the Gulf! There is also an oversized sun deck with sun chairs. We have an enclosed outdoor shower on the side porch for your convenience following a day at the beach.

The Seabiscuit has such a relaxing atmosphere that the only decision you'll have to make is whether to spend the day at the beach, pool, golf course -- or shopping, bicycling, hiking, or just taking a nap! But make sure you complete your day enjoying the sunset and the gentle breezes ove the Gulf of Mexico.

Dream Vacation for Our Family

Our family of four (dad, mom, 14 year old daughter and 11 year old son) arrived to Seabiscuit after a 16 hour drive. Everything about the home, location more cozy and inviting than any photos could actually show. We had the best family vacation we could have ever had. This home with the close proximity to the beach, pool, wonderful restaurants and shopping - made it one of the most relaxing and easiest vacations possible. Seabiscuit is set up so confortably that you barely walk through its beautiful door, set your suitcases down and within minutes our dream vacation began. Another really helpful aspext is the owner offers a great rental agreement that includes helpful informaiton about other details that will help make the vacation preparation even easier. She was so friendly to work with and helped answer all of my questions. We can't say enough about this home and the incredible vacation. Our only hope is that someday we can return.

Perfect House and Perfect Location

This beautiful beach house exceeded our expectations! We were vacationing with our daughters and their husbands and could not have chosen a better place to stay! The pool and beach are so close to the house and Seaside is a short bike ride away. Kimberly was so friendly and helpful and has thought of ever detail to make your stay perfect. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at the Seabiscuit!!!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was in a great location. The house had everything we needed. You had a great selection of movies and games! Pretty much all the rooms were used. We all loved the pool and beach. The swing is nice to sit outside.
