This property is located on the beautiful St. Joseph Bay and has a private, shallow water dock. Perfect for kayaking, canoeing, fishing and scalloping. Other features include an oversized lawn with beautiful manicured grass great for a family cookout or flag football game. And to top it off, the lawn is protected by “Buzz Off” to keep the pesky bugs away. If that’s not enough, there is also a basketball goal, screened porches on both levels with outdoor speakers, community pool access in the Seagrass Subdivision across the street as well as beach access.
