This fully furnished two-bedroom/two-bath condo is convenently situated just one-half mile from a large beach park with playground equipment for children of all ages -- including a remote control car track, a skateboard area, volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball, and a great walking path that leads to the London Bridge and to the English Village. Amenities include basic cookware and dishware in the kitchen, a gas grill in the courtyard, shuffleboard, a beauty salon, and laundry washer/dryer inside of the condo. The unit includes a 30' boat deep garage.

Lake Havasu July 4th weekend.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants the information. I'm already telling friends to look into it. We had a wonderful vacation! Everything that we could have needed was supplied and the property is very well maintained. We loved how close it was to the lake and anything that we wanted to do. We stayed here during the week of July 4th and there were a ton of things to do. The owner was great, we booked a few months in advance and had some trouble at our home where we misplaced some info. and he was more than willing to get us copies. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we plan another family vacation to Lake Havasu.

The accommidations were fine. The condo was clean had an issue with the sheets, they caused a rash. So you may want to use you own sheets. But I would stay here again. The owner was great the pool is hot due to the how hot it is out. Great BBQs.
Owner's Response: No one else has complained of a rash. It could have been from suntan lotion, exposure at the beach, or something else. I have replaced all of the sheets since this guests comment.
