Located on a large piece of property that's separated from the beach only by wildflowers, this property is quite unique. Spacious and comfortable decking surrounds the entire house. The soothing sounds of the ocean and the cool breeze are constant.

The beach is cleaned daily. Hammocks, and beach toys are available for your use.

What a great property! The owners were kind and easy to work with. The entire experience was fun! The house was neat and clean and everything you need for a weekend get-a-way or an extended stay. This was our base camp for mini-family reunion weekend and we never wanted to leave! Open great room, great views, sea breeze, full moon, and a semi-private beach - magically cleaned every night! We will - without a doubt - be back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Family Reunion

We rented this house for out family reunion, 6 adults and 3 children, and we loved it! The location was perfect. The house has everything as described and it was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback I can see for some families is that two bedrooms and one bath have a separate entrance from the ground floor

We all enjoyed the beach which except for the occasional walkers was private. We all walked every morning and again in the evenings and enjoyed picking up shells and the kids loved finding hermit crabs!,

It was a little chilly the first couple days of our stay so we did a lot of the tourist things.. Pirates Museum, train Museum, Plane Museum, Toured the tall ship, Spent a day at Moody Gardens Walked The Strand and had dinner at a restaurant at Pier 19.

The weather did warm up and we were able to play in the waves and catch a few rays of sun and we all went home with some sunburn. :)

Jacque, Thank-you for letting us enjoy your house. We will be back again and we hope we'll be able to enjoy your house at that time.
