It's conveniently located just one-half mile from a large beach park with playground equipment for children of all ages including a remote control car track, a skateboard area, volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball, and a great walking path that leads to the London Bridge and to the English Village. Enjoy fishing, boating, water skiing, and special activities on beautiful Lake Havasu. Amenities include linens, queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper, basic cable T.V., free local phone, 2 TV's, VCR/DVD's, cookware, appliances, and dishware in the full kitchen, a gas grill in the courtyard, shuffleboard, pool, spa, a beauty salon, and coin laundry facilities. There is off-street parking for vehicles and boats. Including an assigned carport.

Shuttles are available to casinos in nearby Laughlin, Nevada. The condo is located in the Xanadu Condominium complex, on the corner of Lake Havasu Ave., and Smoketree Ave.. It is north of the location indicated by the map marker.
