The villa is approximately 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport.
It is 10 minutes from Disney Main Gate. Kennedy Space Centre & Bush Gardens are only an hour away.
Golf courses, attractions, restaurants & shops are close by.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard, sleeping 6-8. It is equipped with all essential crockery, glassware
& cookware, as well as bed linen, towels, pool towels & hair dryers.
The spacious living area has a 3-seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, Cable TV. DVD., C.D./ Tuner
Home Cinema System. A credit card telephone is installed and USA & Canada calls are free.
The fully equipped,right down to a blender & slow cooker, kitchen includes a fridge-freezer with ice maker.
A washing machine & tumble dryer is also provided.
Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms & over the covered patio. (sometimes preferable to air-conditioning).
Additional security systems including a wall safe are installed.
The heatable pool & spa can be enclosed with a safety fence, which we strongly recommend for young children.
A screen keeping the insects out, but not the sun, encloses the pool & patio areas.
Patio table, chairs & a B.B.Q. will help you to enjoy the south-westerly aspect.
