This one-bedroom/one-bath condo is located in the famous Hawaiian King building, a traditional Hawaiian-style hotel. The lobby is furnished with rattan couches which look out into the landscaped garden and pool area -- with tiki lights at night. The building is secure, and has an on-site manager at the lobby desk. Snow Birds -- this condo is ideal for you. This third-floor condo is roomy, comfortable, and cool. It's fully furnished in a pleasant, colorful Hawaiian theme. There are twin beds in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. Amenities include a full refrigerator, a stove, oven, microwave, dishes, and plenty of pots and pans, iron, free use of a surfboard. Additional amenities include cable TV, ceiling fan in bedroom, and air-conditioning. Downstairs there is a coin washer and dryer laundry area ($1.50 per load).

A reservation deposit of $100 is due to reserve your desired times. Refunds within four weeks of occupancy are made only if the condo is re-rented.
