Condo is beautifully furnished, 1558 square feet, second floor end unit with vaulted ceilings and great lake views from the living room, lanai and master suite. Next door to pool and spa. Master suite with queen bed, second bedroom with twin beds, and den with pull-out sleeper. HD TV in living room, TV's in both bedrooms and Bose stereo/CD player. No smoking and no pets please. Minimum 30 day rental.

Location, location! Colonial Country Club is a newer gated golf community 10 minutes from SW Fl Int'l Airport and 10-20 miles to best shopping in SW Florida and beaches. Club offers a beautiful Gordon Lewis 18 hole championship golf course, tennis courts, full fitness center, restaurants, and multiple pools and spas. Preserve area with walking trails. Social membership provides pay as you play golf at discounted rates and advance tee times.
