Come relax and enjoy the Villa Rose, with its breathtaking views of sea and sand. From its second-floor, large. private deck, you'll marvel at the panoramic sunrises. And you'll enjoy watching the moon over the ocean, and the glimmering water in the seaside swimming pool. Walk to the beach through our private access, and let the pure white sand sift through your toes. It's just a one-minute walk to the pier-top tiki bar, where music and drinks are served seaside. And we have barbecue grills in the yard for your grilled delights. A ground-floor storage room holds chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. We now have a 42 inch TV in the living room, and a 32 inch TV in the bedroom!!

Upon arrival at the Villa Rose we were very impressed with the feeling of home. It was very clean and well supplied with all that we would need for the week. The view was perfect. The property and the pool were very well kept. We brought our granddaughters to the beach on vacation and we all took home priceless memories. This was a very REAL and relaxing vacation. WE most certainly look forward to returning next year.

Stayed at the Villa Rose for our 25th anniversary. What a beautiful place. Everything was not only as described, but better. Beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need or want. John was a very thoughtful host, showing us around and making himself available if we had any questions. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and the bed...the most comfortable I've ever slept in. God willing, we will certainly return next year. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We just returned from another great week at the Villa Rose. As always, the condo was well-stocked and very clean. We ate on the balcony every meal that we ate at the condo and very much enjoyed the ocean view. Hurricane Bill stirred up the surf a bit but that brought out the surfers which were great to watch.

Villa Rose - The beach home away from home

Our stay at Villa Rose was fantastic. The ocean view and sound of the surf from the balcony is wonderfully relaxing.

The owner, John, met us upon our arrival and introduced us to his extremely well appointed condo. Everything is exactly as stated. Great location, direct beach access, plus it overlooks the pool. The storage area on ground floor with beach chairs, etc was also very convenient.

It's a great value for an oceanfront complex, especially with linens and cleaning included as well. There's no comparison to dealing directly with the owner.

I had initial thoughts of giving Villa Rose a "bad" review, just to keep it to ourselves, but I just couldn't because John is such a nice guy and his condo is such a good value. I would highly recommend Villa Rose for a relaxing beach vacation. Please give my regards to John and have a great time.

Villa Rose 21B Carolina Beach

The condo was wonderful! Recently updated with fabulous view of the beach and ocean. What a wonderful way to start the day by sitting on the patio and watching the sun come up. Also to see the moon shine on the water at night time.

The double glass sliders to the patio provided a beautiful ocean view as well as allowing the sound of the ocean while inside!

John and Elaine maintain a homey, very clean condo that is a real value for the money. Quite a savings with no relator costs! We met a couple from Georgia, during out stay. They stayed in another condo that did not have updates and a very limited view of the ocean. The cost to rent their unit was $175.00 more than this unit!!!

The owner greets you, upon your arrival. He is available throughout your stay, should you have any problems with the unit.

The availability of a pool was a nice feature, especially when the grandkids came to visit.

The grounds were exceptionally maintained and private.

I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!
