This stunning two-bedroom/2.5-bath home is located ten miles north of the I-17/I-101 interchange in Anthem, Arizona. Enter the private guard-gated community of Anthem Country Club, and take in the beautiful golf course, desert, and mountain vistas. This luxurious, gorgeously decorated, 2,253 square-foot home awaits you. There are two spacious master suites -- one with a king-size bed and the other with two full-size beds. The home comfortably sleep six people. Enjoy the views from the patio and from the private hot tub overlooking a pristine desert wash. Enjoy the game room -- with its foosball, darts, and unique entertainment. The Persimmon and Ironwood courses are both private; but there are over 20 public courses within a 30-minute drive of Anthem. Within the Anthem master planned community there are parks, walking trails.

We stayed in this property over Christmas 2008 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The layout of the house with the two bedrooms on opposite sides is conducive to two couples sharing and still maintaining privacy. Our overall experience was great and we would rent this house again in a second.

Great home. Great location. Great owners. We rented this for one week with another couple and it was perfect! Just between Phoenix and Sedona with easy access to both. And at the end of a wonderful sunny day, it was great to enjoy an evening under the stars in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The best rental home!

We rented this home for our family who was visiting from Oregon because we didn't have space for all of them. The house is fantastic! Very clean, beautifully decorated. With a game room with foosball and darts and a hot tub, they had the best time. We hung out there with them a lot in the evenings. Loved it!!!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We rented this home in mid September of 2008. It is a beautiful home that has been well maintained and is exceptionally clean. The Anthem area is a great base to visit the sights of Phoenix, as well as Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

We will definitely try to stay at this home on future visits to Phoenix.

The owner was great to work with and communicated with me frequently.

Very comfortable & attractively decorated home! Perfect for an extended Arizona visit where you want to feel "at home" as you would in your own house. Owners are super nice people to deal with. Will definitely refer this home to others back home who are all interested in hearing about our experience upon our return (after we put our reservation in for 2009)!! Would give this rental property only the best rating.
