Sleeping accomodations: There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, 2 twin-sized Aerobeds and a sofa that would sleep someone comfortably who is 5'8' or under.
Guest requirements: There is NO SMOKING in this apartment. There are NO PETS allowed. Children are welcome! Check-in times are from 12pm-4pm. Any check-in between 9pm to 9 a.m. will require a $30 fee.
Other Activities: The famous Minton's Playhouse Jazz Club is outside the front door!
