House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-12)

Our home is on a large wooded residential lot near every major convenience of South Lake Tahoe, however this property is located in an exclusive residential neighborhood that does not have many vacation rentals. This property features an indoor Jacuzzi that will comfortably seat 4 adults. The home is clean warm and cozy, featuring a tall vaulted ceiling in an open floor plan. Natural light filters saturates this property with warmth year round.

The attached garage provides easy entry and parking for 2 cars inside, and 2 additional vehicles in the driveway, off-street parking for 4 vehicles total. Entryway opens up to great room that combines Living room, dining room, and kitchen with barstools in-between to provide an open social environment with all the entertainment options one desires.

Living room provides comfortable seating, Jumbo TV & Home entertainment stereo system with surround sound, DVD/VCR, gas fireplace, board games, WiFi, and wireless telephone. Stereo system connects to spa room and upstairs as well.

Jacuzzi is inside downstairs, with newly built cedar dry sauna and downstairs bathroom.

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms: one master suite with king bed sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, gas fireplace, stacking washer/dryer, walk-in closet, TV with full digital cable. Second Bedroom features double size bed, sleeps 2. Third bedroom includes double size bed, sleeps 2. Living room includes a double sofa bed, sleeps 2. Additional bedding is not provided, however sleeping bags/air-mattress could sleep up to 12 in this unit (4 beds total). One full bathroom is shared for bedroom 2 & 3.

Property is adjacent to a second lot and vacation rental with similar layout. Both properties could be rented in conjunction pending availability.

Perfect Home-away-from-home in South Lake Tahoe!

My husband, 2 boys and I stayed for 2 nights in this lovely home. The house was very spacious and could easily accommodate 2 or more families. It felt even larger with the high ceilings in the kitchen/common area. We especially enjoyed the TV media system with large TV and speaker system. The home was immaculate, nice plush carpets and good heating system with gas fireplaces as well. The jacuzzi and steam room were a nice plus. Beds were nice and firm.

Location was very close to the freeway, restaurants and shops. The house is tucked away in a neighborhood that was very quiet and peaceful. Arrangements for the rental went fairly smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend this property, and look forward to staying again.
