Colony by the Sea is conveniently located in Duck, a favorite spot for guests of the Outer Banks! These condominiums are great for small families. Guests of all ages enjoy the oceanfront pool, tennis courts, playground, outside showers, horseshoes, dune-top gazebos, and volleyball and basketball court. The courtyard area provides friendly grilling stations and a community laundry facility on the ground level of each building. This beautifully furnished, first-floor end unit is completely remodeled with all-new furniture and floor coverings. Ocean Breeze offers easy accessibility and breathtaking views from two private balconies with deck furniture. This one-bedroom cozy condo includes a queen-size master bedroom, a bunk set in an alcove, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Amenities include multiple CATVs, a VCR, stereo, microwave, and a dishwasher.
