About this property

Come live the Florida lifestyle in this gorgeous 1200 sq ft 1st floor condo, overlooking the pool and intercoastal waters. It’s located in Redington Shores, steps away from public beach access. Tastefully decorated with beach and coastal decor and furnishings. Everything was gutted and is brand new. The indoor laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Enjoy watching the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. The dock is great to watch the manatees and dolphins swim by. It's also great to catch some fresh fish or launch a rented paddle board. Enjoy the brand new refinished inground pool to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
The pool is shared between you and 1 other unit. There are 2 loungers and 2 outdoor chairs, as well as pool toys in the communal pool area.

Located about 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
About 25 minutes from St. Petersburg Clearwater Airport.
1 hr from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.
Lots of restaurants and shopping near by, including Johns Pass Boardwalk.
A few community parks within walking distance.
Beach access located across the street.

Other things to note:
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

Would love to stay again

Perfect location, easy walk to food and the beach. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is there. Chairs, umbrella, skim boards, and a wagon to carry it all. We loved this location!!! The upstairs neighbors were polite and nice to talk to when we saw them on the dock. Great views! Loved the keypad access so everyone could get in easily whenever they wanted.

Clean, comfortable stay

Had a beautiful couple days here. While the pool was quite cold on day 1 the sunshine helped warm it up for day 2, but my son enjoyed it anyway! Nice location and walking distance to many things.

Absolute best vacation!

My daughter and I were very impressed with this property. Whoever does the cleaning deserves a raise! It was spotless. The colors and decor were perfect for relaxing beach vibes. Beds were comfy. We spent almost the entire week in the pool and on the dock watching the manatees and dolphins. The pool is larger than it looks in the photos and was warm, which we loved. Towels, beach chairs, paper towels, beach toys, shampoo, conditioner, everything you can think of was provided. The beach entrance is a short walk. *Someone stole our beach chair, so don't leave any items unattended on the beach.* We found some beautiful shells on the beach. The best part of the trip was becoming great friends with the people staying upstairs and with the neighbors. Very friendly neighborhood!!! We already can't wait to go back.
