This fully-furnished, three-bedroom/two-bath condo sleeps ten comfortably, and is a great family vacation rental. This ground-floor unit features a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico.Amenities include all linens, a full kitchen, a TV/DVD, phone, cable, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a barbecue pit. A $250.00 deposit is required before confirmation can be sent, and will be returned within two weeks of your check-out date. A required of (2) week advance notice of cancellation is needed for deposit.Special holiday rate is 350.00 per night- Labor Day, Memorial Day, Spring Break, Easter, July 4th etc.

Policies: RESERVATIONS are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance deposit of $250.00. ADVANCE DEPOSIT is refundable less $25.00 for canceling 15 days prior to the arrival date. Reservation cancelled less than 15 days will forfeit advance deposit. Monthly reservations canceled less than 60 days will forfeit advance deposit. There are no refunds for shortened stays. Should you fail to cancel reservation held with a credit card you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00 DEPOSITS are refundable within 15 days of check out. APPLIANCES AND AIR CONDITIONERS are NOT GUARANTEED. There are no refunds on appliances or air conditioner failures. We try to keep all appliances in working order; any failures will be repaired as soon as possible. PAYMENT is accepted in Cash, Visa and Mastercard. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS

Check-in and Check-out: CHECK-IN is after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT is at 11AM. LATE CHECK-OUTS are subject to (1/2) one half days rent. TOWELS AND LINENS are supplied in our unit. If we are unable to get stains out of the towels or linens, you will be charged for their replacements. Makeup seems to be the biggest issue. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and any other disposabe items will be furnished initially only. TENANTS over occupying unit willl be evicted without refund.
