Etoile de Mer is surrounded by palm trees on .75 acre of land that adjoins Taylor Bay. Custom designed to catch the leeward breezes which gently waif through the house, Etoile de Mer feels like a lovely home, not a rental.  Divide your time between the beach, just steps away, and the large, fresh water pool, gazebo and deck at Etoile.  The gentle tides of Taylor Bay offer an opportunity to wade, swim, snorkel, or kayak.  The fine white sands bid you to take a long walk or sit and watch the sunset.  Etoile de Mer is three floors:  the ground floor is an apartment with its own exterior entrance as well as an interior staircase.  The main floor, on the level of the pool and deck, has a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen, screened porch, two bedrooms and two full baths and a wrap-around veranda.  The upper level is the master suite with a balcony, sunken bathtub, bathroom and large shower. People enjoy Etoile so much, 60% of the renters are repeat business.

Sunset Bay (also known as Taylor Bay) is on the quiet side of Provo, on the opposite end from Grace Bay where most of the hotels and condominiums are. Sunset Bay is an upscale, private, covenant-controlled community. Houses are on at least a half acre of land. All have access to the beach and the tennis courts. All beaches on Provo are public but there is no public land access to Sunset Bay so you will often find yourself alone on the beach or in its gorgeous, clear turquoise water. Restaurants and grocery stores are 10 minutes by car. Grace Bay is 15 minutes.

Providenciales boasts world-class scuba diving, including spectacular wall dives. In the evening, dine on the veranda and watch the sun set over the Caribbean or enjoy international gourmet dining just minutes away. After dinner, stroll the beach, watch satellite television, listen to a CD, watch a DVD, look at the stars, or simply enjoy the sound of peace. The main house (one and a half stories)sleeps 6; the complete ground level apartment sleeps 2 and is accessible from both inside and outside. The Master Suite and the apartment have air conditioning. All the Comforts

Waking up to the warm sun, smelling the sea water, sauntering from the beautiful bedroom to the cozy hammock adjacent to the sparkling pool, palm trees all around, feeling a wave of relaxation and luxury. These are the comforts of Etoile de Mer. All of this and a high speed wireless connection are a city girl’s dream, an oasis just 3 hours from New York City. Thank you.

The best location

The architecture of Etoile lends itself to relaxation and serenity. We felt like it was our home. My family loved to float the day away in gorgeous Sunset Bay or relax under the gazebo, reading a book and dunking in the swimming pool. After touring the island, we definitely felt that Sunset Bay is the best location. The beach is the most gorgeous we have ever seen. The locals on Providenciales are outgoing and helpful. We will be back to Provo and Etoile de Mer, again and again.

Loved the House!

We absolutely loved our vacation at your villa! It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had...and we still were busy. My husband and I, especially, really loved your house and if I ever had one in the Caribbean, it would be just like yours! We have a picture of your house on our cell phones...to remind us how beautiful it was. I really loved the layout of the house and the breezes were wonderful. I would come back every year if I could! We all loved the privacy of your community. The water was the most beautiful we have ever seen.

Your house is phenomenal. We had a fantastic time! The location was spot on, the beach was ours alone 99% of the time. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. Thank you! We can't wait to go back and spend time again with family.
