HERITAGE VILLA - OVERLOOKS THE LAGOON / WI-FI

This was the sixth time we stayed at this condo. Herb is so helpful and easy to work with, we rent from him anytime we have eight or less in our party. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for our family of eight. The new upgrades in the kitchen are very nice! We always enjoy bike riding along the tree lines bike paths, and riding on the beach. Playing golf, going to the beach, swimming in the condo pool, and visiting Savannah were some other activities we enjoyed. The view from the deck is our favorite place to take our family picture. We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to vacation in Hilton Head and experience the beauty of the south.

Love the kitchen makeover!! Our stay was perfect: convienent to golf course and shopping and dining!

Our family stayed at this villa for two weeks in July. Herb was excellent to deal with from the start -- very prompt, responsive and easy to deal with. The villa itself is large (end unit), was very clean when we arrived, is equipped with EVERYTHING (the most complete in any of the other rentals we've had through the years all over the US), located centrally (not too far from the Main Gate, close to Lawton Stables, just off the bike path, and a short walk to Harbor Town). It was very comfortable since it is well-equipped. Friends of ours who rented other Heritage Villas commented how spacious and complete the villa was compared to theirs. We would definitely recommend this villa and would stay here again. The only downside was that the clothes dryer took a very long time to dry a regular load of laundry (sometimes two hours).
