The great escape has something for everyone! This delightful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is nested in Marathon's exclusive Bonefish Yacht Club, accommodating up to six visitors, and overlooking its on private 50 foot boat slip with lift. Amenities include covered parking, gas grill, picnic table, and washer and dryer. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the recreation room and balcony overlooking the Marathon Bonefish Yacht Club Canal and Atlantic Ocean. The first floor has a half bath with a separate den equipped with a desk, sleep sofa, and balcony. Upstairs has a master bedroom and bath with a balcony, also overlooking the canal and the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom has two double-size beds, a private bath, and balcony. Enjoy strolling the boardwalk around the marina, pick key limes off the trees for your favorite island drink, and enjoy tropical breezes at the heated swimming pool and tennis court. Enjoy daytime or evening strolls on Coco Plum or the Yacht Club beach.
